Once a quote request or enquiry is sent through to us, we contact via phone or email to gather some specific information that will allow us to compile a quote.
A site visit will be arranged to better understand the requirements of the event based on the facilities available at the venue.
A full itemised quote will be created once we have all the required information. We are on hand to answer any questions and to make necessary adjustments/additions to the quote.
Once our client is happy, we book the event into the calendar upon receipt of agreed deposit and signing of the rental agreement.
On the agreed build day, our team will arrive at the venue and begin setting up within the agreed time frame.
If required, the technicians/operators will run through with the client all necessary content.
All checks will be carried out before the event start.
All technicians and operators will be on hand to ensure the smooth running of the event.
Once the event has concluded, our team will begin breaking down the equipment once the venue is clear and it is safe to do so. This process is completed within the agreed timescale and we ensure the venue is left clean, tidy and safe.

Yes, SLLFX have equipment that can be used outdoors. It is perfectly designed to be able to cope with the unpredictable British weather.
Yes. Our team can make sure your content is formatted correctly and can even do a ‘dry-run’ prior to your event if needed. All we need is a USB stick/download link. We can also create bespoke content for you.
We have cables & connectors that cater for any type of situation. We do ask for all relevant venue information prior to the event to allow us to be as best prepared as we can be.
This varies from event to event. SLLFX plan each event in great detail, we can adhere to venue time restrictions. This is all detailed within the quoting process so that our clients are fully aware of how their event will run.
Yes, all branding can be used throughout the venue to maximise awareness.
Yes, we have a team of professional operators and technicians to run your event without a hitch.
New customers need to provide one of the following documents: UK passport, UK driving licence, National ID card, overseas passport, overseas driving licence or overseas national ID card. Additionally you may be asked to provide a proof of address, such as a letter from bank or utility bill.
