How our installation service works
- We first visit the site venue to discuss customer expectations and assess the sound and lighting requirements.
- We then go away and put together a design proposal and quotation, listing the required equipment and a breakdown of costings.
- Once the customer is happy with the design, costings, equipment etc. (complete plan), we then go ahead and begin the installation process, making sure its completed at the most convenient time.
- Once the installation is complete, we provide training to the whole team to make sure the equipment runs at its optimum. Our team will always be on hand for on-going support offering full equipment servicing and technical troubleshooting when required.
